Tony Campbell
President and CEO
Anthony "Tony" Campbell oversees the Executive Staff and all employees as EKPC's top executive. He has served as EKPC's President and CEO since June 2009.
Campbell previously served as CEO of Citizens Electric Corp. (CEC), a transmission and distribution cooperative in St. Genevieve, Mo. During his tenure there, CEC's load grew 46 percent. He also worked in Illinois as Vice President of Corn Belt Energy Corp., a distribution cooperative, and as Manager of Power Marketing for Soyland Power Cooperative, a transmission and distribution cooperative.
Campbell is a graduate of Southern Illinois University with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and the University of Illinois, where he received a master's degree in Business Administration.

Don Mosier
Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President
Don Mosier manages day-to-day operations of Power Production, Power Delivery & System Operations, Power Supply, Environmental Affairs, & Construction and Engineering. Mosier previously served as Vice President of St. Louis-based Ameren Energy Marketing, which has a portfolio of more than 6,000 megawatts (MW) of generation.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia and a master's degree in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.

Mike McNalley
Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President
Mike McNalley came to EKPC from Detroit-based DTE Energy (DTE), America's eighth largest utility with subsidiaries that include Detroit Edison. McNalley served in a wide variety of roles at DTE for 11 years, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of one of its subsidiaries, DTE Energy Technologies.
McNalley obtained his bachelor's degree in Economics from Reed College in Portland, Ore. He received a master's degree in Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

David Crews
Senior Vice President of Power Supply
David Crews oversees Power Supply, which
includes the areas of Power Supply Planning, Load Forecasting, Transmission Planning, Fuel Supply and Renewable Energy Projects. Prior to his arrival at EKPC, Crews served as Manager of Federal Regulatory Affairs at Raleigh, N.C.-based Progress Energy Service Co. He also served as the Director of Coal Marketing and Trading for Progress Fuels, and as Director of Power Trading Operations at Progress.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Construction from North Carolina State University. He also completed continuing education courses at the Wharton School in Pennsylvania, and graduated from the Progress Energy Management Development Program at Duke University. He is a registered professional engineer in North Carolina.

Craig Johnson
Senior Vice President of Power Production
Craig Johnson oversees the operation and maintenance of EKPC's three coal-fired power stations, the combustion turbine generating station and six renewable energy plants. He also manages major construction projects related to power production.
Johnson has a master's degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Kentucky and is a registered professional engineer in Kentucky. He served as Production Engineer, Project Manager, Plant Manager and Vice President prior to being promoted to Senior Vice President .

Denver York
Vice President of Power Delivery and System Operations
Denver York oversees the operations of EKPC's portion of the Eastern Transmission Interconnection. His areas of responsibility include Power Delivery Maintenance, operation of the Energy Control Center, Backup Control Center, engineering, telecommunications facilities, metering and data acquisition, control center technology and applications, transmission operations, as well as balancing interchange operations.
York is a registered professional engineer. Prior to joining EKPC, he worked as an Engineer at Harris Corp. in Palm Bay, Fla. He holds a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech and a master's degree in Business Administration from Eastern Kentucky University.

Barry Mayfield
Vice President of Stategic Planning and External Affairs
Barry Mayfield manages the development and implementation of EKPC's strategic plan and oversees governmental relations at the state and federal levels as well as media and public relations. From 1981 to 1988, he worked in public and governmental affairs for Big Rivers Electric Corp. in Henderson, Ky. Mayfield has worked in state government for Gov. Wendell Ford, Supreme Court Clerk Martha Layne Collins and the Kentucky Bicentennial Commission.
Mayfield obtained a bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Kentucky.
