CODE OF ETHICS
STATEMENT OF ETHICS:
All business affairs of EKPC shall be conducted ethically and with the highest degree of integrity.
KEY PRINCIPLES:
In accomplishing EKPC’s statement of ethics, all directors, alternate directors, and employees shall:
- Exercise honesty, integrity, fairness, objectivity, and diligence in the performance of their corporate duties and responsibilities.
- Exhibit loyalty to EKPC in all matters pertaining to its affairs.
- Abstain from entering into any activity which may be illegal, opposed to policy, or in conflict with the best interests of EKPC, or which may prejudice their abilities to objectively carry out their duties and responsibilities.
